At Karats and You, we know you’re excited to start wearing your new pieces. We work hard to ensure your jewelry is packaged securely and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

• Standard Orders: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order.
• Engraved & Custom Pieces: Because these are made specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping to the US & Canada

We are proud to offer reliable shipping options across North America. Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website.

Shipping Policies & Notes

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@KaratsandYou.com
• Taxes & Duties: * USA: Orders typically fall under the informal entry threshold and do not incur additional duties.
  • Canada: Shipments are sent from within Canada/USA (depending on your warehouse location), and applicable GST/HST will be calculated at checkout.

Signature Requirement

To ensure the safety of your fine jewelry, orders over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.
