What’s Covered

Our 180-Day Warranty covers any manufacturing defects, including:

• Issues with clasps or closures.
• Loose stones or settings.
• Premature tarnishing (beyond normal wear and tear).
• Solder point breakage.

What’s Not Covered

To maintain our high standards, please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, or slight dulling that occurs with daily use.
• Accidental Damage: Broken chains from being pulled or pieces lost due to improper storage.
• Unauthorized Alterations: Any repairs or resizing done by a third-party jeweler.
• Theft or Loss: We recommend insuring high-value pieces through your personal provider.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your piece has a defect, please email us at hello@KaratsandYou.com with:

1. Your Order Number.
2. A clear photo of the damaged area.
3. A brief description of the issue.

Once approved, we will either repair the item or provide a brand-new replacement at no cost to you.
